Home repairs aren’t usually something you look forward to, but finding the right contractor can make all the difference. That was my experience with Sustainable Heating & Cooling. Their work on my central air-conditioning system was handled in a way that made the process clear and far less stressful than it could have been.
Dillon, the owner, was personally involved in the process and was accessible and easy to deal with. The office staff and technicians were well coordinated.
I especially appreciated that the technicians didn’t just do the work—they explained it. They answered my questions, shared their knowledge, and made me feel part of the process. They were also careful in the house and attentive to the details.
For me, that’s what sets a contractor apart: knowing their work, taking pride in it, and treating the customer with respect.

Of the few HVAC companies that provided their proposal, Dillon was the only person to suggest a fresh solution to issues with the HVAC system. The crew was great. They were professional, neat and timely. Very good all around experience.
