I had my furnace replaced two years ago by Dillon and Dominick from Sustainable Heating and Air Conditioning, and they did such a great job that I recently used them again to replace my water heater.
They were originally recommended through the Nextdoor app, and after reading the Google reviews, I can confidently say they were absolutely on point.
Dillon and his crew were very professional, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also left the area spotless after completing the work.
We’re truly happy with the Daikin HVAC system they installed, the quality of their work, and their very reasonable pricing.
I’m so glad we found them and would highly recommend their services!

The team at Sustainable Heating did an excellent job diagnosing our 30-year-old heating and cooling system and confirming that it was time for a replacement. They were incredibly responsive and had no problem coming out on very short notice to inspect everything.
The installation of the new system was seamless. The crew worked all day in freezing temperatures and completed the project efficiently and professionally. We really appreciated their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

During the recent freezing weather, my gas furnace suddenly stopped sending heat through the vents in the entire house despite the gas burners being ignited. Given the below freezing temperatures, I needed an emergency repair. I saw the very positive reviews on Google for Sustainable and called. From that point on, everything was smooth sailing. Elena set-up a same day appointment within 30 minutes of me calling providing all info to me via email, VM and text. Dillion arrived within 2 hours of my initial call and immediately diagnosed the problem --a loose fan wire. He repaired it and stayed just to be sure there were no other issues while sharing his professional advice regarding the 30 year old furnace. He was so professional, knowledgeable and respectful during the service visit. There were no surprise fees or add-on's or miscellaneous service charges. WOW.
