My experience with Sustainable Heating & Cooling is what every homeowner would love to have when dealing with a company. Dillon came and explained all the options and details for the cooling and back up heating that we were looking for. No hard sell no rush just details, pros and cons of different systems and friendly advice from an installer that knows his business. We were sold. The team of installers that came were so friendly and professional. Their work was methodical and expertly done. Floors were covered with drop clothes wherever they worked in the interior. They even took their shoes off when entering the house. I retired from supervising over 300 craftsmen in all construction trades for the railroad. I would have jumped on the chance to hire any one of these installers. I can not say enough good things about my experience. If you are looking to have cooling or heating or upgrades added to your home Dillon and his crews are the people you want to do it!!!!! My heartfelt thank you to them all!!!

I had a great experience with Sustainable Heating & Cooling. They removed and reinstalled my AC unit, and everything was done perfectly from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They worked cleanly and efficiently, and left everything neat and organized after the job was done. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, their pricing was also very fair and transparent. Special thanks to Dylan, who was excellent throughout the entire process and great to work with. I’ve had a mystery leak in one of my AC zones that couldn’t be resolved after many attempts by another HVAC company. In search of an answer, I was referred to Dillon at Sustainable Heating and Cooling who tested the system and diagnosed the problem quickly.
