I can't begin to say how happy I am that I chose Sustainable Heating & Cooling to install my new air conditioning system. After meeting with around eight different companies, this was the only one where the owner personally came out to meet with us. He even came back twice to answer all of our questions and address every concern we had, which gave us complete confidence in our decision. One thing that really stood out was how transparent they were. Dillon took the time to explain the differences in pricing between his company and the competitors, helping us understand exactly what we were paying for and why. They also offer financing options, making the investment much more manageable. Dillon and his team were true professionals from start to finish. Their attention to detail, communication, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. They treated our home with the utmost respect, laying down protective covers throughout the work area and leaving everything spotless when the job was complete. Courteous and professional crew. Prompt arrival and attention to detail: Highly recommend for any a/c or heating issue. Worked very clean removed old unit and left my home exactly as they found it ( except much cooler 😂😂).

The repair man was on time and explained everything he was doing. He was quick and polite.

My central AC unit stopped working and I called Thursday afternoon for help thinking the outside unit just needed a cleaning. Got an appointment later that afternoon. Dominick was extremely helpful and realized the problem quickly which was a receiver signal issue from the inside unit. Extremely satisfied with the service from the initial phone call to set up the appointment up until the work was completed. Price were very reasonable.

I've worked with Dillon to scope out and completely overhaul my century home's heating & cooling setup. Given the constraints we were operating under Dillon and team have done a spectacular job and delivered my project on time and on cost. They were very fair on pricing. They did a great job with the necessary piping, hiding it and making it critter proof, which wasn't the case with my old system. I ran into a minor issue a few weeks after install - and Dillon sent a team member the same day and got the issue resolved.

Almost too good to be true! I needed a new heating and air conditioning system for one of the "zones" in my home. The old units (that were outside, inside, and all the connecting elements) were over 25 years old. Sustainable Heating and Cooling, who came highly recommended by someone I truly trust, gave me a great recommendation on what I needed, a reasonable price and, here is the amzing part...they started and completed the job in just one day. Spread drop cloths all through the house and cleaned everything up when finished. Truly an excellent company. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough for Sustainable Heating & Cooling. I had a major problem with my AC unit. The pan in the attic was overflowing causing water to drip through the can lights in my kitchen flooding everything. I called the service number and since it was about 10pm at night, I didn't expect to get a call until the next morning, but incredibly, I got a call within half an hour. By that time, I told Dylan not to bother trying to get someone out to me that night and he told me what to do to fix the problem temporarily and that he would get someone to me first thing in the morning. This was unbelievable to me since I was a new customer. When Dominic and Ian showed up the next day, he not only explained the problem but also showed me pictures of it so I would understand what caused it. Every single person I dealt with, from customer service, scheduling and the technicians are amazing. Their professionalism, and attention to detail is outstanding. Finding a company in this day and age with such high-standards in taking care of their customers and that are also honorable and ethical is rare. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff was extremely professional, responsive and transparent. They walked us through the work in detail and communicated thoroughly throughout. Highly recommended!!
